Our results indicated an increase in BAX and CASPASE-3 in most cell lines treated with Runat-BI compared with control samples ( Figure 5 A,B), although this did not reach statistical significance as analyzed by t -test ( p -value 0.2 for BAX and 0.19 for CASPASE-3 ).
