One of these species, Acetatifactor sp002490995, also showed a trend of positive correlation with colonic cell proliferation (measured by Ki67 immunohistochemistry) and another, CAG-776 sp000438195, with insulin levels (Fig. 4b, d , black dots, sexes combined).
