Conclusion Using the Humana Insurance database through PearlDiver, we demonstrated that pre-operative hypoalbuminemia is a statistically significant risk factor for deep infection, UTI, and surgery revision while CRP showed a trend but was not a statistically significant risk factor for these complications.
