Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis showed that the up-regulated proteins, with a clear trend of metabolic clustering, were mainly associated with glycolysis, glycine metabolism, and phenylalanine and tyrosine metabolism pathways, indicating the influence of HBc in HCC metabolism.
