Results showed a trend toward a faster thrombin generation kinetic in the former (Lag-Time: 22.6 ± 6.5 and 18.4 ± 4.5 min before and after immunization, respectively) without affecting the overall amount of thrombin produced ( Fig. 2 C–F).
