Despite the relatively small temporal group‐specific sample sizes, our resampling tests (Figure 4 ) showed that many of the observed differences in haplotype frequencies are unlikely to be caused by mere sampling variation: Five haplotypes in TG1–TG4 showed a nominally significant difference from TG5 within at least one time period (seven significant differences in all).
