Finally, we studied the pan-cancer application prospects of FBLN5 in targeted therapy and performed a tumor purity analysis ( Figure 7 F), TMB analysis ( Figure 7 G), and MSI analysis ( Figure 7 H), and found that the expression of FBLN5 showed a trend of negative correlations with TMB and MSI, which proved that targeted therapy was not supported when FBLN5 expression was high.
