Statistically highly significant differences between conventional and organic farm isolates were detected for resistance to erythromycin (56/145 vs. 4/41; p = 0.000961) and clindamycin (81/145 vs. 6/41; p = 6.985 × 10 −6 ), as well as for tetracycline resistance in the alternative farm isolates ( p = 0.0001873) ( Figure 2 B and Table S3 ).
