When we compared the binding antibody levels in the healthy control group and the seven NMD groups, no significant differences were found ( Figure 5 ), even though the sera from patients with muscular dystrophies or motoneuron disease showed a trend toward slightly higher binding antibody reactivity against most HAdV types.
