Whereas the vectors produced by rAdV-mediated rAAV amplification showed similar transduction rates as the positive control in HeLa cells over a wide range of MOIs, those produced by pTR-UF5 transfection/rAdV infection or by rAdV triple infection showed a trend towards higher transduction efficiencies at lower MOIs of genomic particles ( Figure 6 B).
