In a proportional odds model, in which all three clinical outcomes (complete, partial and absent) were considered against genotype, age, sex and ethnicity, only age was weakly significant, but the highest odds ratio, 7.84 (95% CI = 1.24 to 55.96) was for the post-hoc comparison of KCNJ5 versus CACNA1D genotype (Supplementary Table 5 ).
