Interestingly, while difference in the NK cell content in the primary and peritoneal tumours did not reach statistical significance in the deconvolution of stromal cells RNAseq ( Figure 4A ), immunofluorescence staining revealed distinct distribution of these cells: whereas NK infiltrate the hepatic tumours, they apparently tend to remain in the periphery of the peritoneal ones ( Figure 5—figure supplement 1 ).
