For newly introduced vaccines, the proportion of unvaccinated children decreased but with a possible trend to increase back in 2021 (RV unvaccinated children were 12.1% [95% CI 10.7–13.6] in 2012, 3.9% [95% CI 3.3–4.5] in 2018, and 5.5% [95% CI 4.3–6.6] in 2021 [ p < 0.001 for the difference between 2012 and 2021]), PCV unvaccinated children were 12.3% in 2012 [95% CI 11.1–13.6], 3.3% [95% CI 2.8–3.9] in 2018, and 4.8% [95% CI 3.7–6.0] in 2021 [ p < 0.001 for the difference between 2012 and 2021]).
