Genetic correlations between each pair of traits were moderate in magnitude and were all highly significant ( p < 9.14 × 10 −14 for Levene’s test for variance heterogeneity; Tables 1 and S22 ), indicating that the continua of latent traits estimated from the population in this study shared genetic contribution with phenotypes used in case-control analyses.
