CSA 4: Identifying BT hosts abused for RT lateral movements The Kruskal-Wallis H test showed that neither the total number of Blue Team hosts abused for Red Team lateral movements ( p = 0.188), the number of correctly identified Blue Team hosts abused for Red Team lateral movements ( p = 0.055), nor the number of sessions associated with correctly identified Blue Team hosts abused for Red Team lateral movements ( p = 0.473) were significantly different between the groups, although the difference in the number of correctly identified Blue Team hosts abused for Red Team lateral movements approached significance.
