While not significant, the control variable age cohort (45–54, 55–64, 65+) had a p value below 0.1 but above 0.05 (which is sometimes referred to as ‘approaching significance’); which indicates a slight but not significant trend where those in the younger age brackets had lower turnover intention scores.
