Lymphadenopathy was seen on MRI in 17 patients (28.8%), yet 13 patients (22.4%) were recognized to have metastatic lymph nodes on pathology; both were associated with shorter survival at univariate analysis (HR = 2.24, p = 0.01 and HR = 2.10, p = 0.04, respectively) but with borderline significance at multivariate analysis ( p = 0.05).
