Total serum N-glycans associate with response to immune checkpoint inhibition therapy and survival in patients with advanced melanoma.

While no significant differences were identified for derived traits, we observed two directly measured N -glycans showing a significant shift from baseline at the early follow-up window ( N = 54, N Responders = 34, N Non−responders = 20): GP8 (A2G2; median difference = 0.035, paired Wilcoxon’s test P = 2.2 × 10 − 3 ) and GP22 (FA2G2S2; median difference = -0.098, P = 2.2 × 10 − 3 ; Supplementary Table 6 ), with GP22 showing a nominally significant decrease from baseline also at the late follow-up window ( N = 36; N Responders = 26, N Non−responder = 10; median difference = -0.215, P = 0.01; Supplementary Table 6 ).
