Using ELISA assay, we further confirmed that the mice in HFD-OVA group secreted a greater amount of IL-1β ( P < 0.01), TNF-α ( P < 0.001) and fewer amount of IFN-γ ( P < 0.01) compared to the control group, the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α could be markedly reversed in 10 mg/kg DC260126 treatment group, but IFN-γ showed a similar trend that did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 4 H–G).
