Although the differences in pre- and post-vaccination Treg cell levels did not reach statistical significance, possibly owing to the small sample, both the frequency ( Figure 2 E) and the absolute count ( Figure 2 F) of Treg cells were significantly higher after the booster dose compared to pre-vaccination values, suggesting an additive effect of boosting with BNT162b2 on Treg cells expansion.
