Similar to what we observed for convalescent and vaccinee sera, the drop in neutralization was more pronounced for BA.1, although this trend did not reach statistical significance, likely due to the low number of cases and the high proportion of non-neutralizing BTI sera ( Figure 3 A and Supplementary Figure S5F–H ).
