Comparing the CETYGO score against the deviation between chronological age and epigenetic age predicted with the Horvath multi-tissue clock [ 35 ], we found a nominally significant positive relationship (coefficient = 23.5, p-value = 0.0129) highlighting that samples with inaccurate cellular deconvolution have a larger differences between epigenetic age and chronological age ( Figure 6 ).
