The patients in the iNO 200 cohort had significantly shorter hospital length of stay (iNO 200 cohort: median [interquartile range] 7 [5–9] days vs SoC cohort: 9 [6–20] days, P =.03) and showed a trend toward lower rates of intubation (iNO 200 10% vs standard of care alone 31%, P =.08) and toward shorter ICU length of stay (iNO 200 cohort: median [interquartile range] 77 [66–274] hours, SoC cohort 354 [189–485] hours, P =.09, Table 2 ).
