The statistical analysis yielded a highly significant result (F = 590.67; p < 0.001), indicating that the Q coefficient exhibited a substantial difference within the studied population.
However, these values are not fully consistent with those shown in Table 4 for Pearson correlation coefficients, as despite they hold a highly significant correlation ( p < 0.001) for breeding values for milk yield and dry matter, it is not high (around 0.061–0.151, respectively), what accounts for the fact that more than linear, this correlation may present a nonlinear nature.
Sperm Motility in Sexed Porcine Semen The quantitative assessment of Computer-Assisted Sperm Analysis (CASA) parameters demonstrates a highly significant discriminatory impact ( p < 0.001) of the sexing process on the kinematic integrity of porcine spermatozoa, revealing a clear disparity between X- and Y-enriched populations ( Table 4 ).
The likelihood ratio tests indicate that the models are highly significant ( p < 0.001).
The moderate but highly significant genetic differentiation observed between the two sub-clusters (F ST = 0.149, p < 0.001) corroborates the spatial discontinuity identified by the EEMS analysis.
In all twelve (species × methodology) cases from cattle MS through to chicken SNP, differences in F st between spatial relationships were highly significant ( p < 0.001; Kruskal-Wallis statistic, d.f. in brackets, respectively, 201.59 (5), 1165.5 (5), 186.71 (6), 1117.9 (6), 914.75 (6), 19.39 (5), 249.67 (5), 1605.03 (6), 207.23 (6), 120.45 (6), 196.11 (6), 107.11 (6)).
The statistical analysis showed a highly significant effect of diet ( p < 0.001) and time ( p < 0.001), with no significant interaction, demonstrating that the superior feed efficiency of D2 was maintained consistently throughout the feeding period ( Figure 1 ).
Hub Gene Expression Pattern In the validation population, RFI in the high feed efficiency group ranged from −0.089 to −0.004 g/d (mean: −0.017 g/d), while that in the low feed efficiency group ranged from 0.006 to 0.034 g/d (mean: 0.017 g/d), showing a highly significant difference between the two groups ( p < 0.001).
This was also evidenced via ANOSIM, which yielded extremely significant ( p < 0.001) and high R values (>0.8) between pregnant goats and their fetuses ( Table S11 ).
The effect of the experimental condition (feed presentation_herb) on all the variables studied was statistically highly significant ( p < 0.001).
The following highly significant equations ( p < 0.001) were obtained: DE = 15.989 (±0.157) − 0.00452 (±0.00121) × S; n = 24; r2 = 64.9; s.e. = 0.45 ME = 15.421 (±0.154) − 0.00452 (±0.00117) × S; n = 24; r2 = 67.4; s.e. = 0.42 where DE, ME, and S are digestible energy (kJ/g DM), metabolizable energy (kJ/g DM), and inclusion level of dried-milled avocado seeds in the diet (g/kg), respectively.
