Construct validity of the 31-item Likert scale was supported by an overall Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure of sampling adequacy (MSA) value of 0.853 (range 0.766 to 0.902), along with a highly significant Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity (P < 0.0001), indicating that the data were suitable for factor analysis ( Table 3 ).

Repeated measures analysis indicated a highly significant effect of both main effects (treatment and time) as well as the treatment by time interaction (p < 0.0001).
Only 10 of 68 species were found on both sides of this divide, and ANOSIM showed that this grouping was highly significant (ANOSIM; R = 0.97, p = 0.0001), with the shallower features more similar to each other (ANOSIM; R = 0.43, p = 0.01) than the deeper features were (ANOSIM; R = 0.87, p = 0.1).
Whereas correlations of PPAS-6 and PPAS-3 scores with job control at the within-subgroup level (r within ) were highly significant (p < .0001) according to both the R statistic and t-test, such correlations at the between-subgroup level (r between ) were not significant (p>.05). “ S2 Table ” in the supplement/appendix outlines the key indices of within-subgroup variability and interrater agreement in PPAS-6 and PPAS-3 scores among the same validation population subgroups used to assess factor invariance.
The χ 2 testing of the frequencies of GIs in individuals with TB as the cause of death and individuals with NTB causes of death revealed a statistically extremely significant difference between the two groups (χ 2 = 47.922, df = 1, P<0.0001).
The difference between these means is highly significant (n = 28; P<0.0001, paired t test, two tailed).
Significant factors for the prediction of SVR For the prediction of SVR, factor X 21 (EVR) was highly significant and had a high χ 2 value (p<0.0001; table 3 ).
The difference between the TRAP-N/CSP-RT (comb) (10/10) and TRAP-N/CSP-T (comb) (0/10) groups was highly significant (p<0.0001, Fisher’s exact test).
The effects of the study drugs on gut microbiome β-diversity at the OTU level were first tested statistically using a two-way NPMANOVA and the results revealed highly significant main effects for drug (F 4,65 = 3.35; p = 0.0001) and time (F 2,65 = 8.43, p = 0.0001), as well as a significant interaction (F 8,65 = 1.77, p = 0.0001).

The one-way ANOVA conducted for testing significance of the mean iH O among the six populations investigated was highly significant: F 5,172 = 31.92, p < 0.0001).
Overall, the global multivariate test was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), indicating the presence of a relationship between species traits and field measures of flammability. 4.
Seaweed supplementation increases total plasma and mitochondrial antioxidant capacities The overall effect of dietary seaweed supplementation on plasma total antioxidant capacity, TAC ( Fig 5A ) was highly significant (F 3,20 = 18.7, p < 0.0001).
Correlation between genetic divergence and geographic proximity Despite forming an evolutionarily coherent population, the genetic structure among localities in the larger, Amazonas basin group was not insignificant, and F ST values ranged from 0.019 and non-significant (Alto Jurua x Nhamundá) to 0.475 and highly significant ( P <0.0001; Lábrea x Região dos Lagos in Amapá) ( S2 Table and S4 Fig ).
Fig 2b supports this hypothesis: ANOVA tests confirm a highly significant effect for those who received help ( F = 26.89 and P <0.0001 – an increase of two times more shared onions per soup delivered) compared to those who did not receive help ( F = 0.61 and P = 0.44).
Due to the large number of data sets in each population, both correlations were highly significant (p<0.0001), though data points are not fully independent.
Type III fixed effects test showed a highly significant (p<0.0001) effect of DxGP on RIN values but no significant effect were observed for G, D and GP on the trait.
This strategy showed highly significant differences between FM patients and control subjects (p < 0.0001 and p = 0.0002, for two separate control populations, respectively).
To further characterize what the changes across time were, a linear contrast of the interaction term was determined and was found to be highly significant (p<0.0001), indicating that the groups made linear changes across time with different slopes.
Highly significant differences can be witnessed in these two sub-topics between GRI 401 (M = 0.006, SD = 0.003, p <0.0001****), GRI 402 (M = 0.005, SD = 0.003, p <0.0001****), GRI 404 (M = 0.004, SD = 0.002, p <0.0001****), GRI 405 (M = 0.016, SD = 0.008, p <0.0001****), GRI 407 (M = 0.005, SD = 0.003, p <0.0001****)
