On the other hand, the results indicated that priming Vigna unguiculata seeds caused a highly significant increase ( p < 0.001) in the amino acids content of the cotyledons, radicles and plumules.
A one-way MANOVA on five quantitative leaf traits (55 individuals: 15 Ilex lanceifolia , 20 Ilex xiaojinensis , 20 Ilex peiradena ) revealed a highly significant species effect (Wilks’ Lambda = 0.086, F 10,96 = 23.22, p < 0.001), confirming that the three species are morphologically distinct.
Effects of Grazing on Community-Level Plant Hydraulic Traits Grazing had a highly significant ( p < 0.001) effect on the community-weighted mean (CWM) of six out of the seven hydraulic traits measured; only CWM_C leaf was not significantly affected.
With the increase in yield, the total Si uptake had an increasing trend (r = 0.773, p < 0.001), and the Si uptake per 100 kg of grains had a decreasing trend (r = 0.800, p < 0.001).
