Over the longer-term period of 2000–2020, there is an increasing trend in flooded area (with an MK test of P < 0. 01), based on the JRC Global Surface Water dataset (Fig. 3 c).

For this, a table of frequency of OTUs was used for analysis, and SparCC correlations were calculated, and only strong (>0.9 or <− 0.9) and highly significant ( p < 0.01) correlations were selected.
Consequently, the differences in mean RFI values between LRFI and HRFI chickens in each breed were highly significant (p < 0.01).

Compared with the normal group, the body weight in model group had an extremely significant effect ( p < 0.01).
Within host species/among gut region beta diversity When testing for the effect of gut region on microbiome beta diversity within each species when all gut regions were included for PERMANOVA, we found gut region had a highly significant effect in all three host species regardless of distance metric (PERMANOVA: all p < 0.01; Supplementary Tables S12 – S14 ).
DM and nutrient uptake In 2017, there was a highly significant ( P < 0.01) interactive effect between dripline spacing and fertilization rate on DM (Table 5 ).
Sex and population affinity were highly significant P < 0.01, Table 1 ), but there was no significant interaction of these two factors (P = 0.88).
3 B indicates that Height displays significant positive correlations with NH 4 + and soil-TP content ( P < 0.05), and significant negative correlation with pH ( P < 0.01); Height also exhibits a negative correlation with EW ( P < 0.05) and positive correlations with DAT, ADP, TW, and NW at significant ( P < 0.05) or highly significant levels ( P < 0.01); furthermore, Height is significantly ( P < 0.05) or highly significantly ( P < 0.01) positively associated with seed-TP and seed-TK content.
Across the three vegetation restoration stages, in the 0–50 cm soil layer, parameter A, total available water content, rapid available water content, slow available water content, and unavailable water content showed highly significant and positive relationships ( P < 0.01) (Table 2 ).
The levels of statistical significance were p < 0.001 (extremely significant) and p < 0.01 (significant).
Accurate root cutting rate The results of the variance analysis for the accurate root cutting rate are shown in Table 5 , and the experimental model is extremely significant ( p < 0.01).
Differences were considered significant if P <0.05 (*) and highly significant if P < 0.01 (**).
The differences were considered statistically significant at p < 0.05, labeled with “*” and extremely significant at p < 0.01, labeled with “**”.
Treatment effects were highly significant ( P < 0.01) on all variables except for the significant ( P < 0.05) effects on lip region width and median bulb width.
Result analysis and discussion Grafting success rate The results of the variance analysis for the grafting success rate are shown in Table 5 , and the experimental model is extremely significant ( p < 0.01).
It was also found to have an increasing trend of association with sleep frequency (Jonckheere-Terpstra test: JT = 832, p value < 0.01), and have a decreasing trend with anger frequency (Jonckheere-Terpstra test: JT = 475.5, p value = 0.01) (Fig. 2 f–g).
The significance level was p < 0.05, and the extremely significant level was p < 0.01.
Also, laboratory test values, which are currently used for diagnosing HMs, deviated from the reference values in a highly significant way ( P < 0.01, Table 1 ).
SOM exhibited the strongest positive correlation to SOC (r = 1.00), N (r = 0.99) and PMN (r = 0.98), all highly significant ( p < 0.01).
Variance and correlation analysis Highly significant variations (P = 0.01) were found between genotypes, environments and G × E interactions for the investigated traits (Table 2 ), and no significant variation was found between replications.
An extremely significant decrease in Aj5-HT4R expression ( p < 0.01), however, was observed in respiratory tree tissue ( Fig. 7A ).
The interaction effect between varieties and explants types was highly significant at P = 0.01 (Fig. 1c ).
Statistically significant changes were classed as significant [*] where p < 0.05, highly significant [**] where p < 0.01.
163 OTUs could be classified into 10 phyla and 145 OTUs have statistically significant difference ( P < 0.05) and 18 OTUs have highly significant variation ( P < 0.01) between DC and HXH (shown in Supplementary file 1 ).
