The SCS questionnaire also revealed a highly significant value for the “ethnicity” factor, F(1; 62) = 23.41, p < 0.0001, η2 = 0.288 for the collectivism indicator.
Excerpts
Statistical analysis of LPS/CsPE-treated versus LPS-activated cells revealed significant ( p = 0.0157) and highly significant ( p < 0.0001) reductions in cell viability at 1280 μg/mL and at the two highest concentrations of CsPE (i.e., 2560 and 5120 μg/mL), respectively ( Figure 2 ).
The ANOVA test produced a highly significant result ( p < 0.0001).
Measurement error The ANOVAs for centroid size and shape both reveal that the “Individual” main effect is highly significant ( P < 0.0001), which means that the variation among flowers greatly exceeds the measurement error due to “Imaging” and “Digitising” ( Table 1 ).
However, when the LNR was included as a covariate in the model, the LNR was highly significant ( p <0.0001), and pN classification was not statistically significant ( p >0.05).
There was an overall weak, albeit highly significant, correlation between the sCD26 concentration and the DPPIV activity ( r s = 0.35, P = 0.0001, n = 150).
Second Study Rooting success was associated with a highly significant interaction between rooting environment and hormone treatment (F 8,15 = 137.93; p < 0.0001), with the model explaining 99.3% of the observed variance (R 2 = 0.99).
The frequency of positive sites denoted 15 % in 1993, 37 % in 1998, and 88 % in 2007, and the difference was highly significant (Chi-square test, χ 2 = 163.17; degrees of freedom ( df ) = 2; p < 0.0001).
Gram-positive strains were notably more common in the non-survivor group, identified in 35 patients (42%) compared to just 10 patients (10%) in the survivor group, a highly significant difference (p<0.0001).
IHC H‐scores (Figure 4D ) revealed a highly significant difference between WT and Vasn −/− mice ( p < 0.0001).
β -carotene was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) in all extracts, especially in comparison to the MET vs CHL extracts.
Results Plasma 5‐hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5‐HIAA), the major metabolite of serotonin (5‐HT), was significantly higher in delirious and non‐delirious cognitively impaired subjects as compared to control individuals without delirium and cognitive impairment ( p < 0.001 and p = 0.007), which remained highly significant after excluding patients taking psychotropic medication ( p < 0.0001 and p = 0.003).
The mean worst BCVA and mean final BCVA (logMAR) were 1.26 ± 0.87 and 0.61 ± 0.85, respectively, and their difference was highly significant ( p < 0.0001, Friedman test).
An analysis of the z -transform of these correlations coefficients revealed that the difference was highly significant, t (75) = 8.41, p < 0.0001 (GF items with each other: z = 0.709; GF items with other items: z = 0.237).
Contrary to the negative correlation, a highly significant positive correlation (p<0.0001) found in these analyses.
The analysis of variance also showed that the second order polynomial regression models are highly significant (p value < 0.0001) (Table 5 ).
In patients aged 60 and above, PSA levels showed a strong and highly significant correlation with PI-RADS scores (ρ = 0.671, p < 0.0001).
Conversely, there was an increasing trend in the proportion of tetracycline-resistant Salmonella spp. in chickens ( p < 0.0001) ( Figure 1 a).
For highly significant findings, a threshold of p < 0.0001 was used, corresponding to a 99.9% confidence interval.
24.46%, p < 0.0001), and there was a highly significant reduction in the post- compared to the pre-implementation group in the number who received a post-procedure prophylaxis (16.7% vs. 1.2%, p < 0.0001).
This showed a highly significant increase between the second (1 week after the second dose) and third dose (2 weeks after the third dose) for Omicron (p < 0.0001), less for Beta (p < 0.005) and not significantly different for original WT and Delta VOCs ( Figure S2 ).
According to the results of the variation analysis, it was determined that magnetic field intensity interaction was very highly significant ( p < 0.0001) on the DPPH value and the pellicle weight.
IG# showed a highly significant difference between non-infected and infected patients early in period 1 and period 5, ( P < 0.0001).
The difference in the TCT of both orange peeling and suturing between sessions 1, 5, and 10 was highly significant ( P < .0001) ( Table 1 ).
Our analysis revealed a total of 447 significant SNPs across the pearl millet genome associated with primary root growth from which, 109 SNPs were found highly significant with at least two other methods for association analysis at p-value <10 −4 ( Supplementary file 1 , Table S2).
