In contrast, Ki-67 LI revealed highly significant intergroup variation (p=0.001).
Excerpts
The effect of study year on CPXV seroprevalence (by χ2/d.f.) was highly significant (χ 2 2 31.2; p<0.001); seroprevalence was 2.7 times higher among bank voles sampled in 2010 (36.1% [95% CI 31.7%–40.7%]) than in 2002 (13.1% [7.4%–21.0%]).
Both tests were highly significant (t(48) = 3.724, p = .001, and (t(48) = 3.385, p = .001, independent samples t test).
Zinc (Zn) concentration exhibited an extremely significant difference ( F 0.05(1,45) = 42.815, p < 0.001), though its absolute values were negligible in both areas.
The highly significant agreement ( p ≤ 0.001) in ring width variations of radius a and b (i.e., a : b ) and radius a and mean of radii c and d (i.e., a : cd ), as well as mean of radii a and b and c and d (i.e., ab : cd ), are striking ( Figure 4 a–c).
A dose-dependent increase in ROS production was observed in AGS cells, becoming statistically significant at 10 μM (P<0.01) and highly significant at ≥30 μM (P<0.001) compared with the control group ( Fig. 1B ).
The difference in number of at birth immunization in pre and post JSY period was found to be highly significant ( P < 0.001) [ Table 1 ].
This immunoreactivity became intense and widespread across the COVID-19 infected group, with highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) compared with the control group (Fig. 11 b).
Conversely, PfRh5 responses were broadly elevated across all villages, with seropositivity of 70% in Sedayu and Kembaran, 60% in Kemejing, and 53% in Wadas; all showed highly significant differences versus controls ( p < 0.001).
The median age of the affected general population (37 years) had an increasing trend (from 30.8 years in 2009 to 40.5 in 2018, P < 0.001) and was significantly higher than that among Roma and migrants (7 and 8 years, respectively, P < 0.001).
An analogous analysis of response bias, showed a highly significant main effect of condition F (2,82) = 29.24, p < .001, η 2 p = 0.42, with a very large effect size.
The model addresses this through a highly significant interaction term (p < 0.001).
In contrast, petechiae exhibited a highly significant association with liver stiffness (χ2 = 19.516, P < 0.001), highlighting its potential value as a clinical indicator for liver fibrosis.
Pairwise comparisons demonstrated a significant decrease (p < 0.05) on Day 2 compared to Day 1, and a highly significant decrease (p < 0.001) on Days 3, 4, and 5.
The increase in mean serum MDA level was highly significant in OSMF patients, as compared to controls ( P < 0.001).
RESULTS Male surgeons had the lowest 2D:4D ratio (0.933 ± 0.01), and this was extremely significant compared with all other groups ( P < 0.001).
This enhancement in predictive accuracy was further corroborated by likelihood ratio tests, which showed highly significant improvements when comparing the LRC_JM model to the TRV model (χ 2 (9)=38.584, P <0.001) and the PA/AO model (χ 2 (9)=258.273, P <0.001), confirming that the incorporation of radiomic features adds statistically significant incremental prognostic value beyond conventional parameters.
The lipid extract produced no significant decrease in NF- κ B levels in hippocampus ( Figure 7(e) ) but produced highly significant ( p < 0.001) decrease in NF- κ B levels in prefrontal cortex at 125, 250, and 500 mg/kg ( Figure 7(f) ) when compared to CUMS control group.
The differences between the three groups (“much better”, “somewhat better”, and “unchanged”) were highly significant for both physicians’ and patients’ judgement ( p < 0.001).
Separate post-hoc 2-way PROTOCOL*TASK ANOVAs for the pre-test and post-test runs again confirmed highly significant effects of TASK in both pre-test ( F (1,23) = 33.019, p < 0.001, η 2 = 0.589) and post-test ( F (1,23) = 22.702 , p < 0.001, η 2 = 0.497).
The low slope of the line, 0.079, for the latest time suggests that there is a smaller effect of HLA mismatching in the latest period, even though the linear fit of the regression line is highly significant ( P <0.001), which implies that HLA mismatch is still important.
Gender showed a highly significant association with identifying both early symptoms ( P < .001) and risk factors ( P = .01), with females more likely to identify both.
However, in terms of intensity of sensitization as measured by the size of the skin response, in SPT positive patients, no significant differences between allergic adults and children were noted (two way ANOVA p > 0.05); whereas, as expected, highly significant values were obtained between allergic and non-allergic adults ( p <0.001), and between allergic children and non-allergic adults ( p <0.0001) (Fig. 2 ).
An increasing trend in renal interlobar artery peak velocity was observed 24 hours post-weaning (β = 1.735, P < .001), with significant differences between the groups (β = −2.987, P < .001).
