The coarse fraction (PM Coarse ) remained a highly significant independent predictor for lung cancer (β Coarse = 2.85, p < 0.001), suggesting that larger industrial particles play a specialized role in oncology admissions.
Excerpts
The highly significant effect of time on allelic loss ( F (9,18) = 12.554, p < 0.001) confirms that DNA degradation follows a measurable chronological progression rather than an erratic pattern.
The analysis revealed a highly significant difference in mean infection rates among provinces (F 4, 595 = 13.69, P < 0.001).
In HCC, nuclear and cytoplasmic STAT1 expression, together with the STAT1-positive immune cell infiltrate, correlated highly significant with CD3-, CD4-, CD8-, and FOXP3-positive immune cell infiltrates (Spearman r = 0.335, 0.349, 0.348, and 0.394, all with p < 0.001; Figure 4 A,B and Supplementary Figure S3 ).
As Figure 1 and Supplementary Table 1 demonstrate, a broad range of phenotypic values were observed for each trait within each environment, and differences among genotypes were highly significant ( P < 0.001) for all traits.
However, a highly significant difference was observed for DD correction ( p < 0.001), with greater corrections seen in severe cases compared to mild and moderate ones.
We conclude, therefore, that co-expression of known gene-pairs is indeed strongest, and highly significant (p-value < 10 -3 ), in the subspace spanned by the central arraylets.
Moreover heterogeneity across the studies was found to be highly significant (p<0.001, I 2 = 95%).
The Chi-square test for group-by-era association was highly significant ( p < 0.001), reflecting progressive adoption of MEVL rather than random allocation.
Model 1 reveals that, when compared with pretest knowledge scores, the zero-order coefficient for post-test knowledge is positive and highly significant ( p < 0.001).
Furthermore, also the TNM-categories showed a highly significant correlation with the 5-year OS: a high pT category and positive lymph node (pN) status predicted a worse 5-year OS with high significance ( p < 0.001).
Silymarin treatment also showed a positive trend by significantly ( p < 0.001) attenuating the increased levels of AST and ALT ( Figure 4(A,B) ).
The attitude most strongly associated with adherence was the desire to avoid health complications from gluten consumption, which showed the largest mean difference between adherence groups and a highly significant association ( P < 0.001).
As shown in Table 3 , the overall log rank test confirmed a highly significant difference in survival distributions among the subtypes in both the ADNI training set ( p < 0.001) and the NACC external validation set ( p < 0.001).
Latitudinal variation in soil microbial community structure Based on the PCoA analysis results ( Figure 5 ), we found that the latitudinal gradient has a highly significant influence on the composition and structure of both soil bacterial and fungal communities ( p = 0.001).
This means even under conservative assumptions of a reduced sample size and the minimum expected test statistic, the interaction between group and block time was still highly significant ( X 2 (1, N = 70) = 13.85, p < 0.001, Figure S4).
borderline significanceP < 0.001
The specificity was higher in the weakly-supervised DL model than the fully-supervised DL model with automated ROI annotation with statistical significance or borderline significance ( P < 0.001, P = 0.07, and P = 0.04 in VGG16, ResNet34, and GoogLeNet models, respectively).
The TD group exhibited an ABI of 0.58, whereas the autism group showed a substantially higher value of 1.69, a difference that was highly significant ( t (42) = −7.98, p < 0.001; Figure 5 ).
Specifically, there are extremely significant statistical differences between widowed and non-widowed elders in children’s economic support ( p < 0.001), children’s sick care ( p < 0.001), and children’s emotional support ( p < 0.001), respectively.
Perceived Stress and Sleep The Pearson correlation coefficient of PSS and PSQI was highly significant (r = 0.38, p < 0.001).
Our results were highly significant ( p < 0.001), and observer bias was eliminated by having every modality evaluated by two specialists in consensus.
Furthermore, soil bulk density exhibited highly significant interactive effects (grazing × distance, P < 0.001; Fig. 3 c).
The mean 25OHD level was 26.83 ± 12.60 nmol/l in males and 16.03 ± 8.28 nmol/l in females with a highly significant statistical difference ( P -value = 0.001; Table 1 ).
3.4 Predictors of high BP among the study population The univariate analysis shows highly significant ( P < .001) association for most of the risk factors of high BP (Table S1 ).
The results were quite similar, and with all five sites taken together, a highly significant increase of kdr-w frequency was detected (X 2 = 40.98, p << 0.001, df = 2), from 0.5% in 2005 to 1.9% in 2006 and 7.2% in 2007.
