At multivariate analysis, after adjusting for stage, LDH, PS, treatment received (BRAFi+MEKi vs BRAFi), subsequent immunotherapy (yes/no), metastatic MPs with high intratumoral, but not peritumoral, CD8 + T cells density showed a barely detectable statistically significant difference in terms of OS (HR 0.65, 95% CI 0.41–1.04, p = 0.072) (Fig. 4 ).
The AUC of APOSF-nomogram for predicting advanced fibrosis was 0.845 (95 % confidence interval [CI]: 0.754–0.936) in the development set which was significantly better than APRI (0.714, 95%CI: 0.598–0.830, P = 0.011) and a barely detectable statistically significant difference was found compared with FIB-4 (0.768, 95%CI: 0.651–0.884, P = 0.073).
The overall stability as predicted by the FoldX algorithm [ 32 ] was higher in oscillating proteins when compared to non-oscillating proteins (although with a barely detectable statistically significant difference), whereas the terms represented by interresidue Van der Waals’ clashes and electrostatic interaction ( Table S8 ) between molecules in the precomplex were significantly different.
