After 12-week BCT, the VJH of group 1 showed a decreasing trend from 24.58 ± 2.64 cm to 23.21 ± 1.92 cm (within-group p = 0.184), and that of group 2 and group 3 decreased significantly (both within-group p < 0.001), verifying the existence of EIF among groups: for group 1, the EIF did be very light as only slight perception of exertion existed without substantial decline of exercise capacity; but for groups 2 and 3, the degree of EIF increased as the average RPE score be higher with substantial decline of exercise capacity.
