The positive association between diabetes and cognitive impairment is well established 20 ; some studies investigating the association between PFOA exposure and diabetes suggested the presence of an inverse association: a negative trend in diabetes occurrence by increasing serum PFOA deciles was found in a case–control study nested in a previous study based on the population investigated here, 21 22 but not in others. 23 24 From 1950 to 2005, a chemical plant in the Mid-Ohio Valley, West Virginia was responsible for emitting PFOA into the surrounding environment.
The main effect of the impact of elevation head on the CU was significant (P < 0.05) on the CU, while a negative trend was observed, revealing that the CU increases with decreasing elevation head.
Furthermore, for the higher-calorie range, none of the interaction terms reached statistical significance, although the Detailed*3-back coefficients consistently exhibited a negative trend.
At community level, the type of residence (that is women in centralized rural areas) shows a negative trend toward utilization of focused ANC, though results were statistically non-significant.
The Life Line screening programme did not observe a negative trend, 12 and the Chicago clinical diagnosis study reported a significant univariable interaction between sex and diabetes, with a positive univariable association for women but a negative trend for men. 10 In our large study we examined factors associated with abdominal aortic aneurysm in women and found a significant negative association with diabetes.
Further, although not significant, a negative trend between thyroxine levels and PSS scores could be observed.
Anxiety showed a negative trend, but this did not reach significance ( p > 0.05).
A Pearson correlation analysis between extract pH and TMAC showed a negative trend, but it was not statistically significant (R = −0.513; p = 0.060).
Finally, we found a negative trend between temperature range and P 50 in the three provenance trials ( Figure 3 ).
In contrast, all other observed correlations followed a negative trend.
Linear regression analysis indicated a positive trend between these indices and RDW‐CV, alongside a negative trend with RBC count, HCT, and HGB.
In the present study, primordial follicle number did not decrease significantly, but a negative trend was observed at the highest DOC concentration.
The population trend in the Balkans is mostly unknown, except in Bulgaria, which has a negative trend [ 34 ].
However, a negative trend was visible for 15′′ and 30′′ etching times for the apical region, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 . 3.3.
All but one of the 13 respondents who perceived a negative trend in manatee numbers blamed it on hunting pressure (6 respondents) and/or reduced water level (7 respondents).
The smooth relationship between GC concentrations and BAI showed a negative trend (i.e. lower BAI associated with higher GC concentration) and the edf were greater than 1 in most models, but the CI was wide and always included the 0 line.
In 2021, younger males showed a positive association between NCI and body mass, while older males exhibited a tendency to a negative trend.
There was no significant correlation between median hibernation end date and median air temperature in January and February, although a negative trend (> −1 day/°C) was observed in three of the four sex‐age classes. 3.3 Body Mass of Myotis daubentonii Over Time Based on the available dataset, seasonal body mass gains prior to hibernation remained broadly consistent across years in all sex and age classes.
Severity of hypoglycemia was also not significantly associated with visuospatial performance but did show a negative trend ( Table 3 ).
With regard to the angle effect, the amplitude had a negative trend as the angular disparity from the upright position increased (see Figs 3 & 4 ).
With respect to children’s behaviors, results revealed a significant negative linear growth trajectory for avoidance behaviors ( Intercept Coefficient = 3.45; SE = .53; z = 6.48; Slope Coefficient = −.055; SE = .03; z = −2.01), and a negative trend for child negativity ( Intercept Coefficient = .1; SE = .015; z = 6.55; Slope Coefficient = −.01; SE = .001; z = −1.72) (See Fig. 2 ).
On the other hand, the dry matter of the leaf shows a negative trend in the CNP of the roots.
In female liver, Fst expression showed a negative trend but did not reach statistical significance.
