In the unadjusted model, there was a very slight trend toward significance between seaweed consumption and TC among men, participants aged 60 years and older ( p = 0.121), and those with a BMI of 25 and above ( p = 0.191).

In the stage 1 hypertension group, the PE incidence in the control group was 16.0%, and it was lower than that of the aspirin group (8.1%), showing a very slight trend toward significance (aOR 0.428, 95% CI 0.140–1.312; p = .138) (Table S3 ).

The DFS of HCC patients with RAB11B gene alteration tended to be lower than that of patients without gene alteration, but it showed a very slight trend toward significance ( p = 0.286; Figure 5 E).
