The ESTIMATE algorithm suggests that there might be a weak trend toward a negative correlation between risk score and immune-related score at the macro-levels (Figs. 6 a-c).

LAG3 expression in metastases was similarly not significantly associated with OS and PFS, although there was a weak trend towards better OS in patients with higher LAG3 ( Figure 4D ).
