To study the independent effect of prognostic factors on estimates of success rate, only at least borderline significant variables were entered into a multivariable analysis with a Cox proportional-hazards model.
However, additional studies are required to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the performance of this CADe system. The clinical relevance of our study is supported by the increased detection of SSLs, as reflected by the significant relative 58 % increase of SSLs per colonoscopy and a borderline significant but absolute increase of 6.3 % in the SSL detection rate in the CADe arm.

To determine whether the inherent relationships between power and cadence with pedal force, and therefore cumulative load, were the cause of the borderline significant relationships observed, the error was normalized (difference/measured cumulative load) and regressions re-run.
Doubling crop areas within 150 m (−7.87% (95% CI: −15.24%, 0.13%)) was borderline significant, while doubling crop areas within 500 m was significantly associated with lower estradiol, measured in boys only (−4.82% (95% CI: −9.26%, −0.17%)).
