Conclusions In conclusion, the present study was able to confirm that the clinical focus on OA should be more on the individual obsessive traits and not only on the stated disorder, such as OCD (mainly), bipolar disorder, borderline disorder, manic, or psychotic disorders (other psychiatric disorders where the obsessive component is markedly significant).
