The mediation effect of TA SB on perceived wellbeing and positive unwinding via PWC at six-months posttest was only marginally significant ( p = .07) although it was about the same size as one-month posttest.

Although this effect was not significant for the false alarm rates and was only marginally significant for the hit rates, F (1, 17) = 3.71, p = 0.07, the estimated detection criterion—a measure that combines the two rates—was significantly increased in the lowSP condition 5 , F (1, 17) = 4.53, p < 0.05.
