Existence of gut IMIDs (adjusted HR: 1.14 [95% CI: 0.985–1.319]) showed a trend of being associated with a higher risk of anxiety, and existence of joint IMIDs (adjusted HR: 1.224 [95% CI: 1.201–1.247]), and skin IMID (adjusted HR: 1.094 [95% CI: 1.059–1.131]) was significantly associated with a higher risk of anxiety.
