Similarly, the Forced Expiratory Flow 25–75% (FEF25-75) and the diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide (DLCO) showed a trend toward lower values with increasing disease severity, but these changes were not statistically significant ( p = 0.059 and p = 0.052, respectively).
