All the autoregressive paths were significant, except for the autoregressive stability path for sleep from T1 to T2 that was only marginally significant (Beta = 0.12, SE = 0.07, p < 0.10) (see Table 2 and Fig. 2 ), indicating that deviations from the individual average score in a factor were always related to an unexpected change in the same factor at the following timepoint.
