In this subgroup, patients with a benefit rate of ≤10% had longer DFS without adjuvant chemotherapy (HR=2.05, 95% CI 1.50 to 2.80, p<0.001, figure 4F ), while those with a benefit rate of >10% and ≤25% showed a trend of prolonged DFS with adjuvant chemotherapy, although not significant (HR=1.06, 95% CI 0.49 to 2.80, p=0.883, figure 4G ), suggesting that the adjuvant chemotherapy benefit rate may support individualized treatment decisions for candidates for adjuvant chemotherapy.
