The sentences
Compared with those born to normal weight mothers with adequate GWG, children born to underweight mothers with inadequate GWG had lower BAZ at birth (aMD −0.85; 95% CI: −1.43 to −0.27), and also lower point effect size in mid‐childhood and early adolescence, showing weaker tendency with increasing child age, although they did not reach statistical significance and the CIs were overlapped with each other.
