With respect to severe fibrosis, although serrated histology showed a trend toward lower rates of severe fibrosis, this association did not reach statistical significance in the multivariate analysis (OR: 0.49, 95% CI: 0.16–1.20, p = 0.15), likely due to the limited number of CSL cases presenting severe fibrosis in our cohort.
