ALS motor appeared to have the worst motor performance assessment out of all three subtrajectories, as it displayed lower ALSFRS‐R scores than both other subtrajectories and showed a trend towards the highest UMN scores among the three sub‐groups.
Similar to the CALSNIC data, a correlation of ALS‐IPS and the disease composite score is significant in all subjects, as seen in Figure 5E , and a positive trend of higher ALS‐IPS in advanced King's College stages can be observed as well (Figure 5F ).
