Both acute and chronic BoNT‐A treatment resulted in trend towards a decrease in void volume (0.33 ± 0.04 mL and 0.54 ± 0.24 mL respectively), but this difference did not reach statistical significance compared to controls (either SCI or SCI + saline treated group). 3.2.3 Compliance SCI is known to reduce bladder compliance and analysis with one‐way ANOVA showed that there was no statistical difference in the effect of treatment ( p > 0.05; Figure 4 ).
