Homogeneous selection showed an increasing trend with reclamation years during two periods: 5–30 years and 70–530 years ( Figure 5 D).
In reclaimed soils, Flavobacterium was the most dominant genus, its proportion showing an initial increase followed by a decreasing trend with the reclamation years.
The soils exhibited a clear trend of desalination and eutrophication, characterized by increasing levels of TOC, TN, and AN, alongside decreasing pH and EC ( Figure 2 ), consistent with previous studies [ 9 , 10 ].
With increasing reclamation year, soil particles showed a trend towards becoming finer.
