In patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), high TRPS1 expression was significantly associated with worse overall survival (OS) (HR = 2.3, p = 0.037) and showed a trend toward poorer recurrence-free survival (RFS) (HR = 1.7, p = 0.11), although the latter did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 1 A).
