Axial length showed a trend toward association with sub-Tenon anesthesia (OR = 1.32, 95% CI: 0.96–1.84, p = 0.09), suggesting that patients with longer eyes were more likely to receive sub-Tenon anesthesia, though this did not reach statistical significance in our sample.
