Notably, the low-dose rhCol III group (5 μg/mL) showed a trend toward reduced ROS fluorescence but did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.0554), which may reflect a smaller effect size at low exposure, limited statistical power, and the known methodological limitations and sensitivity of commonly used fluorescent probes ( 68 , 69 ).
